• If you are on a Mac, hold down the control key, then click and hold the mouse down on the form above. You will get a menu - choose to download the file to disk (your computer).

• If you are on a Windows machine, right-click the form above and from the menu, choose to download the file to disk (your computer).

You can then print it out on your computer, fill it out, and send it in to the listed address to join the society or renew your membership.
